I previously gave you 1star because after doing first transactions of small amounts it was giving me issues. But tried higher amounts and had no issues. Reason why I'm giving 4star for now. Cameroon's user here I deposit, but I am not allowed to withdraw my money The same number used to create the account is the same number of my MTN MoMo. They accepted my money but don't want to give it back

The app is very, very slow, at first, I thought it was because of the network, but no... the Orange money and MTN momo apps work very well. Frankly, it's very annoying, especially since it's UBA's turnover, they are not even able to make a good application. They don't give an about us or what? When I want to send the money to someone it burg, even when I want to withdraw the money for myself it burg, I would like to emphasize once again the slowness of the application.

Very bad, can't even add a bank account. Method of adding bank account not the best nor good. Great idea but at this point app is useless for me. Process identification of documents take too long.
