I generally like this app. Support team was really helpful when I had a problem. My issue is the strict cash-out window. You can only cash out your rewards on Monday morning at 9am. I set an alarm for exactly 9, went to cash out my rewards, and it told me they have all been claimed, and I have to wait for next week. This has happened for the past 3 weeks. I don't know if it's bots or what, but the only reason I haven't uninstalled is cuz I earned those rewards and refuse to just lose them

Waste of time. You can only "redeem" your coins once a week at a certain time (the country/time zone isn't shared, so you have to guess) and then you have less than 1 minute to click to redeem. In almost 1 year I haven't been able to cash out once. Scam.

Wastes your time and effort, to actually earn coins quickly you have to download games and fill out surveys, very sad

Why do you have to tap it a dozen times to even open. Half the time it won't convert your steps even though you try to slide before midnight, it fails to move and it's terribly glitchy. Just lost several hundred more steps because it failed to work. But ready to steal your coins for reset, just get something that works! I can't see any way an average person can "earn" anything from this app. You'd need the ability to walk for hours every day to get anything like an Amazon gift card.
