★★★★★ The lagging issue I used to have has been resolved. However, the deposit check feature never seems to work with ease. I have to redo the information portion countless times only to have the image not be easily accepted. It's quite time-consuming, and then I end up having to make a trip to deposit my check at the bank.

★★★★★ The new app released November 2020 is a huge improvement. January 2022 version fixed connection issues

★★★★★ I can check my account balance daily and it's current. And there are parts that I may not understand, yet I'm sure just by calling a representative at Macatawa I will get clear instructions and information. This puts me at ease using an online app.

★★☆☆☆ As of 7:00 am, Sunday, August 11, the app is not working. It just hangs on the "loading your accounts" screen.

★★☆☆☆ Nearly every time I try to use the app I have trouble logging in. At this point I'm about ready to give up on the app because it's actually rare for me to be able to get past the log in screen and into my accounts.

★★☆☆☆ THIS APP IS A HOT MESS. I cannot log in into my account because when I go to put in the secure access code, the keypad will not come up! So there is no way for me to access my account using this app. Too bad, because I really wanted to be able to deposit checks using the app.
