Ok, looking at the dates of complaints of the shell app, my conclusion since I have not seen any resolve, or response to my or others problems from the maker, is this app is only there to get personal information with its silly permissions unrelated to its needs to actually function, kinda like a virus, identity theft? It serves no purpose to the users. Prove me wrong before I change my opinion. When I first downloaded, added my card and all went good until I tried to use it to start the wash. Nothing happened. Now it doesn't show my card info, says it needs internet connection which it should have. Tried reinstalling it, but now I can't add my card, says need internet connection. Looks like the same people made the shell car wash app, lots of complaints there also. Plus not sure why they need so many permissions? Just being nosey?
