It's ok, I haven't seen a big difference in my body. A lot of exercise programs are on repeat exercises. Some programs you can swap exercises, while other programs you can't. When I got it the subscription was $26.99/month and now that I have had it most of the summer It's gone up to $29.38/month. Was never notified of the changes. Canceling at the end of the month due to boredom with the app. Plus there diet plan really isn't that appealing

This program is horrible. They will not tell you how to delete or inscribe.

Be careful. You receive tons of reminders to excessive (at the beginning), but not a single reminder of your next invoice. When you get it, the price is 3x signup cost. You also do not get email confirmation of your cancellation. The excessive? There are way more affordable apps that do the same!
