When I looked up for keto meal plans that were free this came up said it was free right from the get-go but soon as I get all my information, and it's still charged in order to get meal plans I'm going to try for one month to see if it's worth it

Simple, easy and quick prep various types of meal plans for beginners like me. Shopping list for the meals and the ability to adjust the dates for the meals ie week only, 2 weeks, weekends off. Various workout plans to choose from. A coach with positive feedback for a slight additional monthly cost. Have tried others - this app is for me!

They are froud, do not download in first they showing less subscription fee but when you subscribe they deduct more money and also not give refund, even if you unsubscribe same time

I subscribed for 3 months and paid, but they charged me twice and the second charge was even higher. My bank statement confirms it. When I contacted them, I got nothing but delays, copy-paste replies, and finally a flat-out denial of my refund with no explanation. This is dishonest and predatory behavior. They took money they weren’t entitled to and then refused to return it. It feels like a scam designed to trap and rob customers. Unideal is not trustworthy.
