Please change the english name entry form. It does ask for "surname" and "last name", which is the same and drives confusion...

I can not create an account. When you insert the code received via SMS, the app says the code doesn't match, no matter how many times you try. Apps should be tested before release.

Incredibly bad Anything the app promises to do like update bank details needs to be done online. So you go to use the service and bam nope because everything you did on the app doesn't count, your stuck you can't get your bike you can't make your appointment you can't rely on this.

Still takes 2 minutes to load, also at stations with cercanías and metro (for ex. Sol) I can't see the metro, I see only the cercanías, or in metro stations with bus stations....
