I love the idea and the project, but it's very annoying when you try to get your bike and can't and don't know why. If u call them, you need to uninstall the app ? Review permissions ? Like, changing things without telling you? The good part It's that is quickly to answer and solve your problem when you call

It doesn't work, when you try to enter your phone number to set your account up it says that its sent the SMS but nothing comes through, and if you close the app to see if that'll fix it, the app won't open again even if you clear the cache and app data, and I had mixed success with uninstalling and reinstalling the app to get it to open again, but it still won't work for logging in. I even tried my mates Spanish phone number rather than my UK on and that didn't work either.

They are CRAZY. If you mistakenly lock the bici in the city far from station it will block the bici, and you cannot unblock it. And the rude support said that I need to take the BLOCKED BICI to the station. Why do they pay to this useless "support"? My lawyer and I are preparing to sue them. This is insane, inhuman, illogical. The bosses of bicimad must be fired immediately. And the IT team iz the most amateur I have even seen, totally useless.

Can't start a ride, when I choose a payment method, the app just says my account is blocked. I can't understand why it's this hard to use a public bike...
