I love the idea and the project, but it's very annoying when you try to get your bike and can't and don't know why. If u call them, you need to uninstall the app ? Review permissions ? Like, changing things without telling you? The good part It's that is quickly to answer and solve your problem when you call

Was not able to register the U.S. phone number. No email/sms was sent. Madrid! You can be better!!!

I managed to sign up: got a sms and a confirmation email. I also managed to change my password afterward - which I tried just in case. However, it's impossible to login. It keeps saying an internal error has occurred, and the app is just useless. I tried reinstalling and waiting, it just doesn't work.

App rarely works for long. Non-specific errors, login and payment issues. Such a shame, great bike network becomes unusable
