I had a very bad experience with my first order on your app. I was given a delivery date, but there was no proper update, call, or message from your side. Even the tracking number you provided was not working. I had to call customer care several times, and finally, on the delivery date, I was told the delivery would be delayed again. So I cancelled the order. Even after cancellation, there was no proper update, and I kept getting different answers about when the cancellation would be completed.

The app got stuck on the language screen and wouldn't let me through. Carrefour staff reinstalled it, same problem. Then it said "check your internet," even though I was messaging their support on X at that exact moment, so my connection was clearly fine. They ignored my screenshot for a month, then blamed my internet connection. The real issue was corrupted app data on my phone. Fix took 2 minutes. Their IT team spent 4 months on nothing. Embarrassing. Do better!
