App is working pretty well now. 2 main problems, poor quality produce when the pickers don't check. Also, I need to switch between delivery modes. I assumed "Scheduled" would give most products choice, slightly reduced for "Now" and minimal for "Rapid". This confusingly is not the case and some products are only available in Rapid or Now, others only in Scheduled. This means I end up with 2 deliveries, one Scheduled and one Now for products not available with the longer delivery time.

A very, very bad pathetic experience for the second time. First I ordered iphone 17 pro max cover and I received the wrong item than the process took 3 4 days to refund after that again i odered one item delivery time was within one hour now it is more than 3 hours no proper time mentioned and new delivery time will 12:33 am. What a pathetic service. I would suggest no one should order from Carrefour amazon noon and careem are the best platforms.

Wrong items just got wrong items trying to put return / refund request on the WhatsApp saying I am not eligible and call center is working only from 10 am to 10 pm it is my 2nd order from Carrefour, and I am facing problem
