Overall its good app. I usually use it usually. Most of the stuff that is available in the store is available on the app but not fully, so you will have to go with a substitute if available. As a note for improvement for the tech team at Hypermax, please include a note section when ordering online either through the scheduling or express service. I don't want to keep calling the customer service line whenever I want to add a note for specific item I am ordering.

Worst customer service for online shopping! Wrong item was sent and 2 days and several phone calls later no replacement nor refund

This app is pathetic, how do I raise a concern if the items in the order delivered are expired or wrong, the only option shown is call customer care which seems to be out of agents. They should at least give a call back. Deleting this app straightaway.

The application is so bad .not opening and not accepting any location for online delivery .this is a complaint for technical support
