Overall its good app. I usually use it usually. Most of the stuff that is available in the store is available on the app but not fully, so you will have to go with a substitute if available. As a note for improvement for the tech team at Hypermax, please include a note section when ordering online either through the scheduling or express service. I don't want to keep calling the customer service line whenever I want to add a note for specific item I am ordering.

This app is pathetic, how do I raise a concern if the items in the order delivered are expired or wrong, the only option shown is call customer care which seems to be out of agents. They should at least give a call back. Deleting this app straightaway.

Bad experience in ordering online, the order was marked as delivered, but we didn't receive the items, after 45 min they actually deliver it, just to show on their backend application that they are not late

The latest update is frustrating. I cannot find any of my stuff. Whatever I type in, the screen shows a message stating it couldn't be found. This applies to searching by brand names (e.g, Fine) or the kind of item you're looking for (e.g. milk). Moreover, tons of items are misspelled in English. i.e, facial tissues are spelled fical! The list goes on. We're used to higher standards from Majed Al Futtaim. Shame.
