Very bad application, I can not log in as the application is not accepting my username or password, inspire the website accept the same username and password.

I reset my password the app asked me to choose a new password but every time it shows a network error and doesn't work! It also shows a black screen many times

Very bad platform ever . 1- No response to our claims. 2- On app, no keyboard on mobile app! Then how we can enter our ID to log in . Very funny! 3- On web, alot of market info is missing and the web very, very slow with very bad performance on web! 4- If you are lucky and finally loged in automatic log out every second will happen even during submitting the orders . Can you imagine!, 5- Staff with poor knowledge? Recap . Hope the co. will take action. Otherwise will leave.
