Mahir Restaurant Admin App

MahirRMS Restaurant Owner puts your restaurant's day in your pocket. Open the app and see today's sales so far, how they compare with last week, what every branch is doing right now, and where money is leaking — all from the same MahirRMS system your branches already run on.

Built for owners and general managers of restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchens and multi-branch chains using MahirRMS.

TODAY, LIVE
• Sales so far against the same day last week, with the credit recovered kept apart
• Orders, average ticket and average spend per guest
• Where sales came from: dine-in, take-away, delivery and every third-party platform with its commission
• How customers paid, credit still owed, taxes and charges
• Leaks: discounts, cancellations, refunds, complimentary
• Food cost from the last closed day, month to date, and today's estimate
• Kitchen and rider timings, registers open, tables waiting, branch health

SALES TARGETS THAT PACE THE DAY
Set a target per weekday for each branch — a five-step wizard proposes them from the last four weeks of real sales. Today shows how far along the day is and whether each branch is ahead, on track or behind. One alert tells you when a branch falls behind.

ALERTS THAT MATTER
Cancellations after cooking, discounts over your cap, a register short on cash, a branch gone quiet or offline, a day not closed. Choose which arrive as push notifications, set thresholds and quiet hours, and read them all in one inbox.

COMPARE
Today against last week, last month, last year or an average of the last four same weekdays — channel by channel, hour by hour, item by item, branch by branch. Full-day or same-clock basis, your choice.

REPORTS
Day close and Z-reports for every branch, leakage logs you can open line by line, the last four weekends side by side, and a KPI board of big, bold figures for any day.

THREE LOOKS, DARK MODE
Vivid Coral, Ops Board and Bento — pick the one you like, on light or dark.

WHO CAN USE IT
This app signs in with the username and password issued to you by AlmahirHub for your MahirRMS workspace. It reads your own restaurant's data only. It does not work without a MahirRMS account — visit mahirrms.com to learn about the system.
