Mail Tracker for Gmail

See who opened your tracked Gmail emails — without opening your laptop.

Mail Tracker for Gmail is the mobile companion to the free Email Tracker for Gmail Chrome extension. Sign in with the same Google account, and every email you're tracking from Gmail shows up here — with live read receipts.

WHY YOU NEED THIS

You already know the moment matters: a prospect opens your follow-up, a client opens your proposal, a candidate opens your offer. But that moment usually happens while you're away from your desk — in a meeting, on the road, between calls. This app puts your tracked emails' open status in your pocket, so you're never stuck waiting until you're back at a laptop to check.

CORE BENEFITS

📲 Check opens from anywhere
See gray-to-teal double-tick read receipts for every tracked email, the moment they change — no laptop required.

📋 One list, no digging
Your tracked emails are laid out in a simple, scrollable list — sender, tick status, and send time. Nothing to configure.

🔄 Always in sync
The same Google account you use with the Chrome extension keeps this app's list current — track from your desktop, check from your phone.

🌓 Comfortable in any light
Automatic light/dark appearance that follows your phone, or set it yourself.

KEY FEATURES

🔐 Secure Google sign-in — the same account you use for Gmail and the Chrome extension, no separate password to create.
✅ WhatsApp-style read receipts — gray double-tick means sent, teal double-tick means opened.
📱 Native mobile list view — built for checking on the go, not a shrunk-down desktop dashboard.
🆓 Completely free — no subscription, no seat pricing, no ads.

PERFECT FOR

• Sales reps and SDRs following up on outreach
• Freelancers and consultants tracking client replies
• Recruiters checking if a candidate opened an offer
• Anyone who sends important email and wants to know if it landed

HOW IT WORKS

1. Install the free "Email Tracker for Gmail" Chrome extension and track a few emails from Gmail on your desktop.
2. Install this app and sign in with the same Google account.
3. Open the app any time to see which of your tracked emails have been opened.

Note: this app is a read-only viewer. Tracking is turned on from Gmail using the Chrome extension — this app doesn't send email or start tracking on its own. It's built to be the fastest way to check status once tracking is already running.

---

WHY CHOOSE THIS APP

✓ No new account to create — same Google sign-in as the extension
✓ No dashboard to dig through — one focused list
✓ No seat pricing — free alongside the free extension
✓ Lightweight — nothing to configure beyond signing in

---

PRIVACY & SECURITY

Sign-in uses Google's own OAuth flow — your Gmail credentials are never seen or stored by this app. No email content, subject lines, or recipient identities are ever read — only whether and when a tracked email was opened.
