I've been very happy I guess I made an impression so even after years of not being in the bank they still seem to know who I am when I call. I thought they were wrong once. After everything was fixed I found out I was wrong they were glad to make sure I knew better next time. To staff in Mount Bridges Strathroy. Thank you

New upgrades are nice, and it flows more smoothly than before from each step to the next. Worth the download if you use your phone for any part of your banking. Increased security options are nice too.

Right now I really dislike this app. Does not remember my bank card number and the continue button becomes inactive when I push the "remember me" button. This same complaint was posted 9 months. Further to my review it seems that it is mandatory to create a nickname for your bank card. Other apps make it optional. Once you create a nickname, the continue button stays active, and you are able to save your bank card number. 5 years later... App does not have an option to show your password.

Stopped Working. Just loads to white screen. Works on an old iPhone work phone but my other is a Google Pixel 9 and will not load. Have uninstalled and reinstalled same issue

Same thing with white screen. I've noticed with everyone's comments it seems to have been since the update. Who fixes this problem? Go into bank, and they are not useful at all.

Latest update (June 3rd 2019) is broken. Can't open the app. Keeps saying Connection Lost. Totally unusable. Which for someone that does 99% of their banking through the app is completely unacceptable.
