The Majority app is compatible with the Majority AVS Alexa-enabled speakers to control your audio in one place (Majority Newton) from your phone over your WiFi network. Connect your AVS speaker to the Majority app to begin acting as a remote control for your speaker. In a simple set up, you can connect your speakers to WiFi and control your speaker via your phone§ and quickly begin playing your favourite music and stations through Spotify, TuneIn, and other compatible apps all in one place. Sign into your Amazon Alexa account through the app to begin enjoying Alexa’s voice command and features. To switch to Bluetooth mode, use the app as a remote for your Majority Newton. The Majority app can be used to connect two or more Majority AVS speakers to each other to provide a multi-room audio experience. Simply connect the speakers together and adjust the volume through the app to have complete control over the audio in your home.

Easy to connect to WiFi. Once you have connected the Amazan Alex app under the setting menu through the majority app itself, it works perfectly with voice control command. The sound quality quite flat but loud and clear sound volume.

This is easily the worst companion app I have ever used in my life. The setup procedure is just about as long-winded and unreliable as they could possibly make it and the whole thing is just not at all user friendly. The Newton radio I donwloaded it for is hopeless too. Cheap garbage. Avoid!

WiFi connection is impossible via this app. I can connect directly from the app to my radio, but the promised in-app instructions are not there to connect the radio to my home WiFi network, so features like Alexa and Spotify are not working. Majority help feature has also been unable / unwilling to reveal the step-by-step instructions required.

Impossible to connect What a headache, open the app, press add device, tells me to connect my phone via wifi to the speaker, I do that and go back to the app and it tells me to connect to the speaker. I connect to the speaker with the app closed then open the app and still nothing. Complete and utter garbage.
