Makasib Tasks

Makasib Tasks keeps your team's work in one place — what needs doing, who is doing it, and what was decided.

TASKS THAT CARRY THEIR CONTEXT
Assign work, set a priority and a due date, and keep the discussion, files and subtasks on the task itself instead of scattered across chats.

A PLANNER THAT ANSWERS "WHAT TODAY?"
Overdue and due-today work is separated out, so the first screen you open is a decision, not a list.

MEETINGS WITH AN AGENDA AND A RECORD
Build the agenda before the meeting, invite attendees, and keep the notes and follow-ups attached to it afterwards.

PROJECTS
Group related work, see it in one place, and keep the people who need visibility in the loop.

BUILT FOR HOW OFFICES HERE ACTUALLY RUN
Arabic and English throughout, right-to-left done properly, and — where an office has a sensor connected — a live mains-power reading on your home screen, because load shedding decides what is possible today.

WORKS WHEN THE CONNECTION DOES NOT
Your recent tasks and notifications stay readable offline, and the app can be locked behind your fingerprint or face.

YOUR ORGANISATION, YOUR RULES
Departments, roles and per-item visibility mean people see the work that is theirs to see.

Makasib Tasks connects to your organisation's Makasib workspace. You will need an account from your administrator to sign in.
