Truly horrible cheaters! The app is NOTHING like the ad, so I IMMEDIATELY canceled by email. They would not cancel me and kept charging me every month. (April through September!) they kept sending me emails saying, "sorry you are CONSIDERING canceling, but ...." etc. My emails were unequivocal, i.e., "I don't like your product. Cancel my subscription immediately." etc. Horrible.

The app gets loud for no reason, and you can't control the volume. I'm at N4 level but the app wants me to start from the beginning which is very boring. It's slow learning. The app seems like no effort was put into it, the AI proves it. I wanted a refund, I guess they don't speak refund language. Upd: 8/30/26 I cancel my sub. Right after I noticed this app was not worth the money. For months, they have been trying to charge me to renew my sub. I sent numerous emails. They're all about the BS.

NOT AS DESCRIBED The "close your eyes' hypnosis" function. Is a small add-on. It DOES NOT go through a self hypnosis protocol at all. Not AI, it is just a 10-minute pre-recorded audio lesson that goes very fast. Covers a few phrases no time to hear all the syllables, no time to repeat. It is a gimmick. Scan. Yes, there is an entire leaning lesson plan just like any language app. But I already have a full lifetime Rosetta Stone program. Now 6 hours after purchase I need to figure refunds.
