The app is extremely slow and laggy! More importantly the delivery is always late and the customer service is non-existent!! Terrible!

Unfortunately, even when the app is working its clumsy and not designed for customers. Every time the app is updated, the user experience is lowered and usage diminished. The biggest compliant I have is the fact if you order for delivery, you MUST PAY IN ADVANCE. I have ordered in the past (6 times) and not ONE order has been complete. Not only is your order shorted from items needed for restaurant, but now you must wait for makro to issue a refund, taking up to two weeks in my experience.

Deliveries are always late. It's been over 5 months in a row that deliveries are late. We schedule deliveries for a reason. We schedule them because we are only free at that time, but they were never delivered on time. Sometimes it's late by 2–3 hours and the quality of fresh groceries is disgusting by that point. Sometimes it's late by even a day which is really ridiculous. It's not because we schedule close to delivery time. Even if we schedule for 2 days in advance, the deliveries are late too

The delivery service is not reliable. The delivery slots in the app is just for show and never delivers items on time. Do not tell me to put feedback or queries on your Line channel and phone line. It is useless as well.
