It would be great if the cashier could adjust the amount paid the way the 7-Eleven system works with True Wallet. The payment on arrival is an okay system but if it can be completely automated online this would allow orders to be made and delivered to other addresses for instance sometimes I order groceries for my mother and father who live in a different province.

Unfortunately, even when the app is working its clumsy and not designed for customers. Every time the app is updated, the user experience is lowered and usage diminished. The biggest compliant I have is the fact if you order for delivery, you MUST PAY IN ADVANCE. I have ordered in the past (6 times) and not ONE order has been complete. Not only is your order shorted from items needed for restaurant, but now you must wait for makro to issue a refund, taking up to two weeks in my experience.

The app is extremely slow and laggy! More importantly the delivery is always late and the customer service is non-existent!! Terrible!

I don't receive items, the delivery dropped wrong place, I don't know where it is, and I have totally paid for those. I have called Customer service immediately and many times till now. Customer service said to wait and will call from direct Branch It's been over 60 hours, I don't receive any satisfying action from Customer service and branch. They said I would be called from main branch. But I don't receive any calls I've already paid. I don't receive any items. The delivery dropped wrong place.
