Finally, app is normal again and even fast delivery is reinstated! I have always good experiences with delivery and app. There were a few issues, but they are fixed now, thank you. App works very well again.

I'm done with Makro after decades of being a loyal customer. Makro is not willing to re-issue the invoice which is absurd. This app is ridiculous. Service is a joke. The delivery is the worst. Making a delivery at 7 pm without any calls or notice. Called hotline and phone # given for hours and no answer. Thanks to all the bad services provided, I decided to buy everything in shoppee instead and found out that everything is much cheaper. I'll be buying all my supplies elsewhere from now on.
Deliveries are always late. It's been over 5 months in a row that deliveries are late. We schedule deliveries for a reason. We schedule them because we are only free at that time, but they were never delivered on time. Sometimes it's late by 2–3 hours and the quality of fresh groceries is disgusting by that point. Sometimes it's late by even a day which is really ridiculous. It's not because we schedule close to delivery time. Even if we schedule for 2 days in advance, the deliveries are late too

Do not order online! They will cancel some of your items and will not allow you to cancel the order and will not refund your delivery. Stay away!

The delivery service is not reliable. The delivery slots in the app is just for show and never delivers items on time. Do not tell me to put feedback or queries on your Line channel and phone line. It is useless as well.

The app is extremely slow and laggy! More importantly the delivery is always late and the customer service is non-existent!! Terrible!
