The first 5 orders were okay and I was totally satisfied, then I had 3 bad experiences with them. 1) I received an order missing one item, after alot of trials that the customer service call me they sent me the missing item. 2) I sent an order on sunday to receive it on monday, I received on thursday late at night. 3) tried for 3 days in a row to request someone to pick up my items but unfortunately no one came. I don't recommend anyone to use this app, they aren't professional.

Worst experience ever!! Ordered the app and was waiting for it after informing me they are on their way, and then the app canceled the order for no reason!! didn't pick up my clothes!!

Bad experience. Sent my clothes to have stains removed from them. Stains stayed the same. I got charged extra for a wrong categorization by the specialist, and it didn't even come back clean. Would NOT try again.
