Extremely poor support. Tried contacting them for course details across YouTube, Telegram, WhatsApp, and the app—no response for 2 days. When a representative finally called back on WhatsApp, they were totally indifferent and dismissive, casually saying "ok, ok no problem" when I raised concern about the delay. Unprofessional attitude and complete negligence toward prospective students. Glad I didn't waste my money here. Will never consider this platform for any exam preparation.
