I have been following MFY on YouTube for years. He is great at instructing yoga with a casual demeanor while guiding you to complete the workouts based on your flexibility. He has seemingly endless videos for any type of workout or stretch you're looking for. I enjoy his videos and highly recommend them. I took one star off the review because the subscription is pretty expensive. I wish it was tiered or that I could just buy videos by themselves or as a bundle.

The programs are not bad, but there aren't many long stretches. On top of that, some of us need deep stretches that hold a spot for some time. Some of us like relaxing music that helps us relax mentally. It's not a bad start, but I can't stick with this one. While I'm still trying to get into position, I have like a few seconds before the switch. "One last breath". Dude, like slow down. Was going to give it 3 stars, but $30 for this is a bit outrageous, and they're too short to be called yoga.
