Comments on DDP Yoga Fitness & Motivation for Android

LIFE CHANGING PROGRAM! Lost 22 pounds in 6 weeks! Pain from decades old brachial plexus nerve injury is 75% less painful. Flexibility is massively improved. Depression lifted. Hip pain improved. Life is just better! DDP is SOO encouraging. "If you can't do it today, that's ok. You'll get it tomorrow." It's ok to not be perfect, just keep going. It's exactly what I needed! The nutritional plan is EASY to follow! Tons of info. Tons of recipes. Tons of workouts. You will love this program!

DDP is awesome and the app is amazing. Best money I've spent in my life, and it might just save my life! Make it your own workout!! Bang!

★★★★★ Daniel DePuy · Feb 2, 2026

DDPY is a great program that anyone can follow regardless of your fitness level. It includes many movements and exercises from physical therapy in addition to yoga and calisthenics, so it helps with injury rehab. You can adjust it to be as easy or as difficult as you need. It has helped me with back pain and recovery from knee surgery.

★★☆☆☆ Mason Valenzuela · Mar 14, 2026

Too much motivational nonsense. We are not a community. Counting to 5 is "1-2-3-4-5" not "1-2-2-4-5-Grrr!". No way to speed up non-workout videos. I am not going to waste my time listening to someone rambling on about nothing. Instructor's verbal instructions often don't match what they physically do. This wouldn't be an issue if they were consistent, but they will say something like "raise your left leg" and the leg they actually raise could be either of them.

★☆☆☆☆ Andrew · Nov 23, 2025

No issues with the app itself, but a huge negative that the price was x2 more than advertised and clicked annual purchase only to notice 5 seconds later it was full priced and not with 7 day trial (and Black Friday special not applied). No way to reverse after the fact. No choice but to give 1 star based on an extreme anticonsumer tactic.
