Simple and helpful Good for searching, renewing and reserving. The search is simple - not lots of options, but that is nice. I still need to use the pc for some things eg renewing my kids books as its easier to swap between accounts there. Would really like option to add to my wishlist as well as renew - that would make it a 5 for me. All in all nice app with good attractive interface.

Can't pay my fines or contact my library via the app, so I can't renew my overdue books or stop the fines mounting up. How terribly useful...not. The only thing I continue to find of use in this app is that I can easily check the opening hours of local libraries.

after several years using this app, suddenly it no longer recognizes me. A real pain! It was a really good app. Don't know what the problem was, but advised to try again, and now successfully downloaded and logged in. Thanks for getting it sorted.
