I accepted it was done very smoothly, no pain now, Dr. Santhosh is very much involved person, answering all my questions, I very much like Dr. Santhosh, he is the gift for the Mani pal hospital.
★★☆☆☆ This seems to be the old app. Not getting OTP to log in. There is another manipal app in play store. (Why two of them?)
★★☆☆☆ Not even able to book an appointment with this app. No prescription and reports are present. No medical records. Even if you want to upload manually it throws error. I don't understand the use of this app at all.
★★☆☆☆ I booked an appointment on 15th november through app for 12.40 pm with Dr. Rajeev MR (pediatrics) for my 2-year-old baby. But after reaching hospital, OP desk informed me that the appointment is not reflecting in their system and doctor denied the consultation. If we can't get the slot selected through this app, why do they even have this app to joke patients. Very bad experience from manipal hospitals.
