Recently I have pain in left side of the stomach, I went to the North side Mani pal hospital, I have consulted Dr. Santhosh (Urology), he checked & examined, he diagnosed kidney stone on the left side size also very big, so he advised me to an operation. Not even able to book an appointment with this app. No prescription and reports are present. No medical records. Even if you want to upload manually it throws error. I don't understand the use of this app at all.

I booked an appointment on 15th november through app for 12.40 pm with Dr. Rajeev MR (pediatrics) for my 2-year-old baby. But after reaching hospital, OP desk informed me that the appointment is not reflecting in their system and doctor denied the consultation. If we can't get the slot selected through this app, why do they even have this app to joke patients. Very bad experience from manipal hospitals.
