Very poor corporate patient Services. My corporation (NHPC Limited) has a valid tie-up with Medica, Mukundapur, Kolkata for direct payment scheme. When I inquired for admission purposes at the corporate desk, the lady (token no. C26, date 13.02.2026) attending me was mostly engaged with her mobile and after a few minutes just replied "we don't have any agreement after take over by Mani pal". I shall definitely notify our management to end all tie up which do not want to treat corporate patient.

My old app was working fine. When trying to book appointment I got a prompt to update to new app. Installed the new one, and it just doesn't open. Tried restarting my phone but that didn't help. Unfortunately I deleted the old app so now left high and dry.

Does not send otp for login at first step on phone and email. And there is no way to login via email ID. I am unable to login and book appointments at the end. Pathetic app and hospital.
