Booked OPD doctor appointment and paid through the app, had to cancel it next day, 8 days before appointment date, due to unavailability. Hospital says it will be adjusted on another appointment. Very bad service.

Mani pal Hospital charges huge amount for consultation and admission compared to other hospitals quoting the quality of the doctors and the treatment, but the app is too worst as we can't even login to the app.

All doctors in Kolkata manipal hospitals/branches are unethical. They don't give enough time to see patients problems. They see in a hurry way without giving time to patients. They take fees and only give 1–2 minutes to patients which is impossible for patients to explain past history along with current symptoms. And most opd doctors are very short-tempered type/ impatient, they don't care about patients wellbeing, they just care about money. In other cities same situations.

Does not send otp for login at first step on phone and email. And there is no way to login via email ID. I am unable to login and book appointments at the end. Pathetic app and hospital.
