Our daughter from birth had heavy breadths and was requiring more oxygen. We were in different hospital (established one) for 10 days but her condition was deteriorated from 5th day and with no hope there we have shifted her to manipal, and we have consulted doctor VENKATESH neonatologist with the help of my sister. Mani pal Hospital charges huge amount for consultation and admission compared to other hospitals quoting the quality of the doctors and the treatment, but the app is too worst as we can't even login to the app.

It's the worst app to book appointments, after selecting the doctor, slot and the patient details when I click on the book appointment, nothing happens. am I calling the hospital every time to book appointments.it's also not showing upcoming appointments details properly. I have raised a complaint when I visited the hospital, but they have no clue

Almost a useless app! Please improve the app in the aspect of obtaining all the medical documents. The developers need to work on this, so that patients can obtain their all past and present prescriptions, reports and can download. Enforce to push all these documents to the app. Then only there is a point of having this app. Please improve this, else remove this app itself. Because it is an additional headache! Anyway, there are phone calls, emails, WhatsApp options available. Right?
