Im uninstalling this app. Poor verification process... ive tried twice and the verification failed both times saying I need to use a primary ID. when the id im using is a primary ID they have on the list

First time to download this app, tried to register and kept getting this error message. It's pretty much useless, so I just uninstalled it. Oops! Something went wrong. Error: Transaction (Process ID 164) was deadlocked on lock resources with another process and has been chosen as the deadlock victim. Rerun the transaction. Close

I want to support this app but how can I support it if I can't even register, every time I register it says my phone number was deadlock support. I rated it 1star not because I don't like this app but because this app needs to be developed, Manny fixes the app itself first before releasing it, I don't know if the developer in charge of this app is the problem, or it got released too early. Develop the app first.
