Im uninstalling this app. Poor verification process... ive tried twice and the verification failed both times saying I need to use a primary ID. when the id im using is a primary ID they have on the list

First time to download this app, tried to register and kept getting this error message. It's pretty much useless, so I just uninstalled it. Oops! Something went wrong. Error: Transaction (Process ID 164) was deadlocked on lock resources with another process and has been chosen as the deadlock victim. Rerun the transaction. Close

Terrible reliability locked out of my own money I've been using Manny Pay for a while, but the app has serious issues. Multiple times, sending money to the e-wallet failed because it wouldn't capture transactions. The worst part? I got locked out of my own account, and customer service showed zero urgency to resolve it. What is the primary reason to use an wallet? To access your money. As an app, this completely failed its baseline job. Needs massive improvements before anyone trusts it with

I already have money in, yet still shows too many OTP request try again 86400 sec. Imnot requesting for otp, and it has been 48hrs today. I hope someone from MP.fix this issue.
