Not user-friendly. Ux/ui is not good. Most of the information im looking for ia not present constantly even if the Bite agents tell me it's there. Not working out of Lithuanian country borders when roaming is enabled. Alot to fix. But i don't think that's a problem lithuanian top mobile service company. Am I right ?

Their service is good, but the management is not good. They do some things, they do some things, they charge some things, they are not good at all. Their management is not good. I had Smith, they said 50 GB on roaming, it has been a few months, now my 50 GB roaming is not working and extra bills are added on top. When I call, they do not attend the call. Worst network in Lithuania !!! No smallest doubts !!! Void as plague !!! No normal customer service, app don't load. Plans are overpriced and complicated, top up amounts predetermined and its absurd !!! Worst internet, don't work in capital city center even, how can it be ??? Had to have planned for 7.50, but when you try to top up its 15.99 SPAMMERS !!! VOID VOID VOID !!!
