Website and phone claims does not save the entries from one to the other

App doesn't allow you to filter claims, claims are not always in date order either.

I bought my phone less than 4 years ago and apparently the new version of the Manlike app is no longer compatible. I can no longer use the version I have been using for over a year now; not even to just look at basic info.

The app used to be okay but is unbearable to use now. Submitting a claim for group benefits used to take no more than 2 minutes from login to completion. Now it takes over 30 seconds to log in, another minute to navigate to the claim submission, then the fields don't load properly (assuming that it times out, but there's no error message). I can't submit the claim as the dropdown for "who is the claim for" never loads. I've gone back to submitting claims on their website.
