This app is pathetic. Down more than it's working. Many bugs. Times out. I don't understand why it doesn't save my insurance info. I have to keep adding my info and my wife's info. I don't care about areoplan.... I Care about being able to send my claims without any issues. Can we work on that please? Every time I want to send a claim something does not work.

The app used to be okay but is unbearable to use now. Submitting a claim for group benefits used to take no more than 2 minutes from login to completion. Now it takes over 30 seconds to log in, another minute to navigate to the claim submission, then the fields don't load properly (assuming that it times out, but there's no error message). I can't submit the claim as the dropdown for "who is the claim for" never loads. I've gone back to submitting claims on their website.

They're seems to be no way to just do banking with this new app. No way to use the app if you don't have group or retirement benefits. I used the old app to manage my Manlike One account, but I can't get past the group benefits setup.
