My order was cancelled twice. The first cancellation was understandable because the stock was limited, although I had already paid before it went out of stock. The second cancellation was suspicious. The stock showed more than 3 items available, but my payment kept getting rejected. Suddenly, the payment went through, and then I received two statuses in the app at the same time: “On Process” and “Cancelled.” Unfortunately, both orders took 7–14 days to be refunded, which is quite a long time

DON'T SHOP HERE.... Sameday shipment = 3 work days waiting before they send it, Shipment reject = more 3 work days. They just come up with solution ...after that they just come up with solution ...take you another 3 days for proceed the solution, and they send you email for ticket complain which it's very slow to show up in your inbox....
