A fun experience that feels different from other marketplaces. If you're too lazy to go to the mall to look for shoes, this is the place. Shipping is quite fast (Jabodetabek). My order was cancelled twice. The first cancellation was understandable because the stock was limited, although I had already paid before it went out of stock. The second cancellation was suspicious. The stock showed more than 3 items available, but my payment kept getting rejected. Suddenly, the payment went through, and then I received two statuses in the app at the same time: “On Process” and “Cancelled.” Unfortunately, both orders took 7–14 days to be refunded, which is quite a long time

Opening omnichannel but lacks handle of product stocks, cancellation tooks almost 5 days after checkout. Worst platform.
