★★★★★ A great service for orienteering training and the beeps makes the runs a lot more fun. The software runs very reliably now on both Android and ios. The new Open Street Map underlay is a great improvement. There are a couple improvements that would be awesome to see sometime: - disable autopunching the finish. We do a lot of urban sprints where the best route often goes by the finish in the middle of a course. I should be able to run this event without Map run deciding I wanted to punch the finish even though it knows I still have 20 more controls to go before the finish. I don't mind having to manually punch the finish -- we don't care that much about a few seconds, but it is really frustrating having to avoid the finish area mid-course. - allow rotations in dereferenced maps / world files like you normally would do to dereference a map in open orienteering mapper. The workflow for getting a map into maprunf is complicated and hit-or-miss compared to GPS Orienteering app. - allow a different color other than green for marking visited controls. We have a lot of similarly colored green vegetation on our maps, so something like red would not hide visited controls.

★★★★★ Great app but crashes my Galaxy s21 Ultra frequently (completely locks up and turns the phone off when I try to zoom out of the map). Probably a Samsung issue but I thought it'd be worth mentioning.
