Do Not Bank with Wells Fargo!! I called about an unauthorized charge to my account. Not only did they not put a stop on the transaction, they reversed my provisional credit and let another one go through within days. Same amt, same vendor. The worst part is that THERE IS NO ONE TO TALK TO ABOVE ESCALATED claims. What a joke. After several months trying to get my money back, and they took my debit card for a year bc she didn't like the way I talked to claims dept when they were stealing my $

App itself is ok, reason for the 2 start. When you get a new device or switch carriers. I've had to jump through hoops even when I have both devices still. They submitted 3 tickets, 25 days later still had to schedule an appointment, have the banker call them just to be told there is nothing they can do because the atm should work to update my number. Started banking here when I was young and have kept less and less money and products with them because it shouldn't be this complicated
