Maqra: Record your recitation

Maqra is a simple and private audio recorder for Quran recitation.

Choose a reciter profile, select a surah, and record your recitation verse by verse. Maqra keeps the flow focused: record the current verse, move to the next one, pause when needed, and continue later from where you stopped.

The app is designed for people who want to create their own Quran recitation recordings, organize them by surah and verse, and export them when finished.

Main features:
- Record Quran recitation verse by verse
- Manage multiple reciter profiles
- Pause, resume, delete, and re-record audio during a session
- Continue an unfinished surah later
- See which surahs are completed
- Export a completed surah verse by verse
- Generate one combined audio file for a surah with spacing between verses
- Export all available Quran recordings locally
- Works locally on your device

Maqra does not use accounts, analytics, ads, cloud sync, or tracking SDKs. Your recordings stay on your device unless you choose to export or share them yourself.

Maqra focuses on one thing: helping you record and export your own Quran recitation, cleanly and privately.
