I really appreciate the Management and IT team for this app. It's very user-friendly. We can book appointments, view appointment history, view blood test reports, view live token status, view and pay bills, search doctors timing and view discharge summary also. I think it's a very useful app.

Lab report to be included to accomplish the complete purpose of the app. Payment also must avoid the lengthy queue from the desk. Hope this feature will. Add in the coming releases. Good look and feel and user experience.

No use, just an app to view the bills and book appointment. For booking appointment anyone can use the website and there is no need of an app. No medical records and reports can be viewed or downloaded though it have an option for both.

App doesn't work properly. It doens't have option to login when user has changed the mobile number. It demands OTP to old phone. When user tries to sign up with new number, it shows email ID already exists, having latet UI look and feel won't work. Users need proper flows working smoothly. The email already exists warning comes after user gets OTP on new phone. It should have been before mobile OTP validation. User able to log in with random mail and update mail ID to old ID from profile. Lol.

This is a Dummy app. Not at all useful. Appointments are not available and even not able to get lab reports. Not sure what's the use of this app
