Amazing platform to buy and sell. Now with AI help, posting an ad is so easy it auto creates the description and auto categorizes the item correctly based on just photos and some small descriptions. Loving the app recently.

No way to filter commercial sellers or specific sellers, sorting is often not respected, no way to filter for bidden + price range or at the last offer price. These functions are implemented by third parties in the browser but not available in the app.

Marketplaces is a very useful platform for buying and selling used items, but the review system has serious problems. When you buy a broken product or get cheated, you leave a one-star review. However, because the system is not secret, the seller immediately knows and gives you a bad review back. Other users only see that you have a bad review, not the real story. You lose your money and your profile gets damaged just for telling the truth. Unfortunately, this unfair system has not changed.

I just had a transaction where the other person did not ship what I bought. Twice. I paid twice (via marketplaces) for shipping with two buyer protection, 2 transaction costs. After complain via support I was reimbursed for shipment, but neither protection nor transactions. Human support operator was involved, and I complained about the problem not being solved, and today I learned that marketplaces sent my money to the "seller". What a scam!
