We bid and won two 100ft hoses with nozzles. NO nozzles and one hose was 50ft and one was 35ft. The 50ft hose was used and leaked out the sides of the hose (no inner tube) and was stretched out in the mid-section (broken). The digital/analog scale we won/bought was analog only. The only option they gave us was to bring the items back (we live out of state) even after sending pictures. Poor quality items, wrong items, and poor return policy even when it is clearly their fault. Really 0 star

Caution. After buying significant volume, I received items that were broken or misrepresented despite being labeled "New" or "Like New." When support refused to resolve it, I filed a complaint with the Attorney General and received full refunds for non-conforming goods. Right after, OLA revoked my bidding privileges without citing a single terms violation. Banning paying buyers with perfect payment history for exercising consumer rights on bad inventory is unacceptable

App is decent, works well, and has a nice UI with various filters. The pictures of the actual items could be A LOT better. "New" items have pictures only showing the outside of the box, not the actual item. Pretty shady. AVOID BOOKMARK LOCATION. Any breakable item will be broken. Their listings seem to be the least consistent with "item condition." "New" will be used; "open box-like new" will be missing pieces/broken; "good/used" will be salvage.
