Most of the time products are worth it. I have been a customer for years, and I've noticed lately more and more items are broken and non-functional. They are also getting smaller items and the fees are just nothing worth it when buying multiple items plus the auctioneer fees on top of the item fee is getting to be a bit much. Overall though their service and efficiency and pick up is quick. The parking lots cam be difficult to maneuver.

App is decent, works well, and has a nice UI with various filters. The pictures of the actual items could be A LOT better. "New" items have pictures only showing the outside of the box, not the actual item. Pretty shady. AVOID BOOKMARK LOCATION. Any breakable item will be broken. Their listings seem to be the least consistent with "item condition." "New" will be used; "open box-like new" will be missing pieces/broken; "good/used" will be salvage.

We bid and won two 100ft hoses with nozzles. NO nozzles and one hose was 50ft and one was 35ft. The 50ft hose was used and leaked out the sides of the hose (no inner tube) and was stretched out in the mid-section (broken). The digital/analog scale we won/bought was analog only. The only option they gave us was to bring the items back (we live out of state) even after sending pictures. Poor quality items, wrong items, and poor return policy even when it is clearly their fault. Really 0 star
