I've gotten some good deals from OLA, but most of the stuff I've gotten that would have value was broken to the point of unusable, and there are no returns. Pictures do not clearly show the condition, and if it's broken they don't say, you're supposed to pick it up in the picture, which again are few and not revealing.

App is decent, works well, and has a nice UI with various filters. The pictures of the actual items could be A LOT better. "New" items have pictures only showing the outside of the box, not the actual item. Pretty shady. AVOID BOOKMARK LOCATION. Any breakable item will be broken. Their listings seem to be the least consistent with "item condition." "New" will be used; "open box-like new" will be missing pieces/broken; "good/used" will be salvage.
