Marginal at best, same as website. MVC seems to want to drive you to chat and phone calls. Site and app not optimized to support what most members want to do, i.e., make/cancel reservations, view points needed for resorts without having to use the search function, and view balances. Most of this is there except the points for resorts, but buried under multiple layers. Also, the computers driving it seems under powered, delays and errors. Hope it gets better.

This app is worthless. It only allows searching for 1 resort at a time AND opens a web browser to actually do the search ... except the search criterion isn't included, and so I had to re-enter the criterion. Why wast time using this app if I end up on the website? How is Marriott successful? Their ineptitude is inconceivable, and it keeps getting worse in all formats. I only tried to use the app because of problems on their website.

The MVC app has a bug according to Samsung. On my Galaxy s25, it opens but then immediately closes on its own and is not usable.

Very poor design and quality. Glitchy and lags when loading. Constantly signing into account every time I use the app.
