It's better than the website that was built by 3rd graders. The app cost me a hard to get wait list when the app failed, but that said, it's better than what we had before.

I have been with World Mark by Wyndham originally since 2026, it was actually Trent West back then. So it's been a while, anyhow. I love the service, I love the locations I've been to many locations. The only thing that kills me is the maintenance fee. It's outrageous you guys are just ripping us off, anyhow, aside from that, I've always had wonderful experiences with my family and friends, and I enjoy the staff and the locations.

Had to uninstall it for a second time. First time discovered it's missing credit charts and room descriptions on the resort pages. So I would go to the website on my cell phone but when I tried to look for the missing info, it threw me into the app. Literally no way to get info. Uninstalled. Facebook group people seem to like it so after recent update thought I'd try again. I went to book a reservation, has resort, dates and room selected, no button to continue. Couldn't book. Uninstalled.

I can't view pictures of rooms. The app is designed for someone who knows what they are looking for. I can explore different locations, and I can see the general resort pictures. I can NOT see the pictures of various types of units available at each location without first picking a date. Even then it will only display available units for that date, I can not see all room types. I want to see all pictures to better plan my trips.
