The app would not allow me to link my reservation. So, there was no point in having the app, but they still want you to use it on site.

Ran into problems with reservations. Phone number is a required field during the reservation flow. On Pixel Android devices the keyboard for entering the phone number is auto dismissed on the reservations page. Attempts to bring keyboard back are auto dismissed. No way to enter numbers, not even copy and paste. Worked around by going to a PC to make the reservation. I assume I'll be unblocked in the future if I add a phone number to my profile first, then try using the app.

Trash Fulani, and every other Disney resort was so much better when you weren't forced to use some terribly-programmed, unoptimized, garbage app to do literally anything

App hangs (sometimes) if you try to add guest names to a reservation. Doesn't save the reservation anywhere (you have to continuously "retrieve" it using the original confirmation code). Constantly forgets you're logged in and asks for you to sign in again. Pages often just don't load. I mean. Honestly. Just don't bother having an app. Focus on making a great mobile website if you can't do both.
