Take the stress out of running a martial arts school.

Belt Test Tracker is an all-in-one student and class management tool designed for instructors, school owners, and families. Keep attendance, monitor belt test eligibility, manage billing reminders, track student progress, and back up your data when cloud access is enabled.

Belt Test Tracker is local-first. Your working data stays in your browser/device unless you choose to connect a cloud account for backup and cross-device restore support.

Key Features:
• ✅ Student Management – Store student profiles, contact details, birthdays, belt rank, gi/dobok size, belt size, notes, and family links.
• ✅ Attendance Tracking – Log class check-ins and view attendance history with filtering and mobile-friendly scrolling.
• ✅ Belt Test Eligibility – See who is ready for testing based on attendance and progress rules.
• ✅ Billing Reminders – Track tuition cycles, family plans, balances, and payment history.
• ✅ Student ID & Face Recognition Check-In – Use student ID check-in or optional camera-based face enrollment for faster attendance.
• ✅ Import & Export – Back up or transfer your data with simple export/import tools.
• ✅ Optional Cloud Backup – Approved cloud accounts can back up and restore data through the NicamCo server.
• ✅ Local-First Design – The app can be used without a cloud account for smaller schools and personal use.
