For account testing control, the test time duration needs to be adjustable. 8 hrs is excessive in 75% of instances. It needs to be selectable between 1–12 hrs.

Worked fine when on my iPhone On my Android when I try to add a new user I get Error while loading data. Contacted monitoring service, uninstalled, reinstalled, verified username, password and URL. Absolutely worthless if I can't use it!

You spend more time logging into the app than you do use it. Once in the app it works pretty good. The constant logging into the app is annoying
