I gave it a four because I haven't used the scanner, yet I'll update it later. I updated to a five the scanner works great and there are always second chance with loosing tickets, and they give you a free play on your birthday. Nicks is great they know what their doing and for the most part your in and out quickly.

Great for scanning all your losing tickets into second chance drawings your also going to lose on. Tickets are traaaaash especially the 50s and 30s. Massachusetts lottery seriously needs to be audited !!! Now they print more of a ticket with the biggest drop-offs after grand prizes. How are you going to sell 20.00 tickets make millions off them and the next biggest prize is 10,000 after the ridiculous odds of ever winning the grand prize. Deleted after buying over 400 new 50s for nothing BIG SCAM!

I've been an app member for 15 years and I cannot use the ticket scanner without uploading my ss number. . I uploaded a photo of my driver's license and apparently that wasn't enough info just to use a ticket scanner, like what can someone really do wrong with such a tool !!! It's like scratch tickets they just don't give anything up but DUDS !! Also, the new online keno format is awful unlike the original format when at least you didn't know where the keno ball was going to end up !!! LAME

Since the most recent update it works horrible. Will not scan scratch tickets. Need to be logged in order to scan a keno ticket. Should only require log in to cash.
