This app suck it takes longer to get into bring back the old one don't need a collage degree to used just want to scan a ticket and check the games that already played this app suck y do u need to get a text just to see the old game

The app itself is very user-friendly, though lately it's been very cumbersome. I understand having to log into the lottery website first via a pc/laptop to set up deposit information to verify location for security and tax purposes, and driver license for ID. However, when I use the app on my smartphone, in spite of giving full permissions, GPS location turned on, money in the account, I keep getting "Location cannot be verified at this time." error message on both home and others wi-fi.

I gave it a four because I haven't used the scanner, yet I'll update it later. I updated to a five the scanner works great and there are always second chance with loosing tickets, and they give you a free play on your birthday. Nicks is great they know what their doing and for the most part your in and out quickly.

Since the most recent update it works horrible. Will not scan scratch tickets. Need to be logged in order to scan a keno ticket. Should only require log in to cash.

New app sucks. It's irritating enough I stopped playing the lottery CONS keeps asking for a deposit of money you have to sign in every single time. Very annoying when playing keno can't turn off vibration when scanning tickets and constantly vibrates it's too sensitive and scans constantly it will scan other tickets in the area or scan no ticket and give a pop-up error blocking the view of the screen the reappears in seconds of closing PROs It was very easy to uninstall the app
