Why does NH Lottery offer 100% match plus free games to new players but only give scraps to their loyal customers like 20% match with no free games or games worth 10-20% of your deposit? That to me is messed up and no way to show your appreciation for loyal customers. For me, I am done with taking the scraps they offer loyal customers like me. I will not take any, and I mean any offer that is not at least worth around 30% of my deposit. I hope others follow so they finally award loyal customers

App doesn't work right. Won some money playing the online games. Can't get it out of my account. I don't receive the verification code. Called the lottery a bunch of times. The lottery keeps insisting that the app works fine. I complained so much that they blocked me from the app. Lied to me when they sent me an email saying they were mailing me a check and blocking the app because I complained about it. Still can't call the lottery customer service. Still haven't got a check for my winnings.

Not compatible with my phone or tablet. Is the lottery going to buy me a new phone.... not. Guess I don't buy many lotteries tickets anyone. Update, because they rolled back to allow older phones to use, I can put it on my phone, but the 603 rewards is still not up and running. So all I can do is buy tickets and see if they win or not. I can do that at a lottery agent. Common man, it's been almost two months since it was first released and still not working correctly.

For the longest time I was able to scan tickets without needing an account. After the update I would need to make an account. I will no longer use the app.
