Why does NH Lottery offer 100% match plus free games to new players but only give scraps to their loyal customers like 20% match with no free games or games worth 10-20% of your deposit? That to me is messed up and no way to show your appreciation for loyal customers. For me, I am done with taking the scraps they offer loyal customers like me. I will not take any, and I mean any offer that is not at least worth around 30% of my deposit. I hope others follow so they finally award loyal customers

Update.... they finally updated app and scanner sort of works. But now, even though showing still logged in, give authentication error. Have to force log lout and in. not even worth playing anymore! App no longer works. Saw message to "manually install an updated version from nh lottery website for Android". That brings security concerns!

The app is not allowing me to scan scratch tickets. It keeps opening an ad requesting a deposit. And will not let me reach the homepage or scan tickets. So this ad is blocking my access to all functions of the app. The older version was much better, less confusing. And I like everyone else, give this goon they hired to create this version, 1 Star. If I could give 0 stars, I would. The old app worked much better than this one.
