Comments on NH Lottery for Android

Love the app. Especially for scanning tickets for the second chance or points to spin the wheel. Fun.

★★★★★ Tom · May 18, 2026

Why does NH Lottery offer 100% match plus free games to new players but only give scraps to their loyal customers like 20% match with no free games or games worth 10-20% of your deposit? That to me is messed up and no way to show your appreciation for loyal customers. For me, I am done with taking the scraps they offer loyal customers like me. I will not take any, and I mean any offer that is not at least worth around 30% of my deposit. I hope others follow so they finally award loyal customers

★★★★☆ Eddie Goodell Jr · Sep 20, 2026

Great wY to play only thing is that I've had to uninstall and reinstall numerous times to play online games or bonus games does anyone know why

★☆☆☆☆ Nicholas Hodgkins · Sep 29, 2026

100 percent rigged. Don't waste you're money. You'll win initially when you first sign up then it will never happen again. The names on the winners lists are fake. They should be investigated.

★☆☆☆☆ Steve C. · Sep 9, 2026

USELESS. I have it 1 star because you have to in order to post a review. The app crashed on me twice while I was trying to register. DO BETTER NH LOTTERY!!!!

★★☆☆☆ Travis McClure · Dec 21, 2025

Horrible app, have to log in every time with username and password just to scan tickets, locks up frequently. I have to uninstall and re-install the app just to scan. I'm assuming they want you to "log in" to monitor who wins, rather than remaining anonymous. Original app was 100 times easier to navigate and simpler. The only positive comment I can say is customer service is great, but really shouldn't need it for an app such as this.

★★☆☆☆ Stephanie Nichols (Coon) · Aug 24, 2026

I have to keep clearing my data to play. Also, I set a deposit limit, so I do not over spend, and they keep sending my free game promos that are over my deposit limit.

★☆☆☆☆ Brian Misiak · Jul 19, 2026

App doesn't work right. Won some money playing the online games. Can't get it out of my account. I don't receive the verification code. Called the lottery a bunch of times. The lottery keeps insisting that the app works fine. I complained so much that they blocked me from the app. Lied to me when they sent me an email saying they were mailing me a check and blocking the app because I complained about it. Still can't call the lottery customer service. Still haven't got a check for my winnings.
