They recently changed their system, so that New Clients can't even view available appointments, unless they first create an account. We lost a bunch of business because of this. And now, clients who have been members for years are unable to change their appointments, and the only option it gives them is "New Client Special".

I have a busy spa with multiple independent contractors. Unfortunately I cannot pick a couple's massage with two therapists. Also, there are just a lot of issues as far as needing to go through square for payments when I have a system that I use in my office for that and square takes so much money. And lastly, I do not like the fact that you cannot pick two or three different services with a different provider for each service. I literally have to go and create a new service.

I absolutely dislike this new version!!! Before I was able to quickly access the program, now I have to jump through hoops just to get to my schedule!!! If I could give it a 0, I would.

Been using for years. They are slow to update with new features, and myself and other LMTs have emailed in our requests. Their response is nothing new is in the lineup for this year. Looking at new booking software for my business. If you can't keep up with the needs of your customers - that's a problem. Ex Needs: Cancellation list that actually works Custom SMS to clients, with option to send campaigns Better calendar views, reports More control over campaigns-where we don't have to discount.
