This software does most anything I am needing to do on the fly when it comes to scheduling and quick lookups. There is an ease of use once the features are learned. This is the only software I have used for my practice, so I can not say how it compares to other scheduling programs/aps. Massage book is always improving their product and this makes it even easier to use. I am satisfied with it.

Don't use Massage Book if you want to not use their payment processor or do not want new clients to prepay. New clients will not be able to book even if you provide them a direct link, unless they prepay. You cannot opt out of their charging a marketing fee for a new client finding you on Google. I never agreed to their boosting me on Google. I found out that they changed my Google page, directing clients to go my Massage Book home page instead of my website. I had to have Google change it back

I miss the old app. The new app we are being forced to use is not user-friendly, hard to read, calendar doesn't fully show name/service on your schedule, no way to change that, it's difficult to navigate. Changing booking systems after years of being with Massage Book.

I have a busy spa with multiple independent contractors. Unfortunately I cannot pick a couple's massage with two therapists. Also, there are just a lot of issues as far as needing to go through square for payments when I have a system that I use in my office for that and square takes so much money. And lastly, I do not like the fact that you cannot pick two or three different services with a different provider for each service. I literally have to go and create a new service.
