This software does most anything I am needing to do on the fly when it comes to scheduling and quick lookups. There is an ease of use once the features are learned. This is the only software I have used for my practice, so I can not say how it compares to other scheduling programs/aps. Massage book is always improving their product and this makes it even easier to use. I am satisfied with it.

I miss the old app. The new app we are being forced to use is not user-friendly, hard to read, calendar doesn't fully show name/service on your schedule, no way to change that, it's difficult to navigate. Changing booking systems after years of being with Massage Book.

Don't use Massage Book if you want to not use their payment processor or do not want new clients to prepay. New clients will not be able to book even if you provide them a direct link, unless they prepay. You cannot opt out of their charging a marketing fee for a new client finding you on Google. I never agreed to their boosting me on Google. I found out that they changed my Google page, directing clients to go my Massage Book home page instead of my website. I had to have Google change it back

Get the membership thing fixed so that clients can see the membership is applied to their appointment on the receipt. Open up your card processing feature so that we as business owners have a right to choose what terminals we want to use or what payment processor. When you made "Stripe" Massage book pay, that confused a ton of clients. For accounting, it's a migraine as you have 3 places where payments are being channeled through. Massage book pay aka Stripe, Massage book and Square. Use square!!!
