App is not user-friendly. To book an appointment you can't just click book. You have to jump through hoops by going to past bookings, click on an old appointment, then click book again. Sadly the app doesn't show my current membership or any credits I have available. My wife and I have the couples' membership, but I can't book both appointments at once, and I can't see when the location has multiple people working. Hopefully they fix this but calling to book appointments is easier

App installed, I was able to see my booked appointment. I wanted to go and book something else, it wouldn't let me log in. I went through the "forgot password" process, set up new password, still wouldn't let me log in. Tried it again with same result. App is currently useless.

Updated review: I can now log in and eventually book a massage, so that's a big step-up. Now how about some useful functionality? When I'm logged in and open the hamburger menu with my profile and such and click on "Membership", since I'm already a member I should see things like which plan I'm on, how many credits I've accumulated, last and next payment dates. Instead, I see a list of available membership plans and nothing else. Amateur hour continues
