I was worried at first not knowing if the person was patient and have empathy on others. My therapist was excellent and very educational also. She taught me the value of self-care even with my age and health issues. I'm very appreciative with her. Her name is Ms. Sydora.

Okay first of all, when I purchased my membership, I was told I would gain rewards by booking online. We'll forget that, because this app is trash. You can't even see how to book an appointment bcos the characters are way too big on the app. C'mon Hand and Stone, do better, or I'm going back to Massage Envy!!!

DO NOT JOIN THEIR MEMBERSHIP!! My packages got backed up when I was going through chemo and skipping appts for most of the months. I figured it was fine, they'd get used. Couple years later, I still have extra packages, again, thought it was fine. That ended when I moved to a state that Doesn't Have any hand and stones! So I call to cancel the package, they said I have 90 days to use ALL 14 packages and whatever doesn't get used is FORFEITED!! No refunds, no exchanges, and time limit on using them!
