Mike has been cutting Joe's hair since he was a young child, and now at 21 years old, he is still the only barber Joe feels comfortable going to. Joe is autistic and finds new situations and people challenging, but Mike has always been patient, understanding, and supportive. He takes the time to make Joe feel at ease and has built a trusting relationship with him over many years. We're incredibly grateful to Mike's and wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommended

I have been using Books since 2016 and it's gone down hill over the past 10 years. Eg: Books Boost is a money making racket as the charge you almost 50% of the client fee as an "introduction fee"........ Are you for real.... Software support is non-existent communication is non-existent. It's pathetic.

Pointless. I booked a mobile car detailing service on two separate occasions with two separate businesses and got no response. I booked the first one a week in advance and ended up canceling the day before because I got no confirmation. The second person I booked had availability for the next day. No confirmation, did not show up, no notice. I checked the booking request 1 hour prior to the scheduled time and still no response.
