This app makes it really easy to access the concierge service and see what types of offers and insight, such as city guides, that they have available to me. I see that much of the negative feedback that some Citi and other banks cards are not accepted. Some banks have opted out of MasterCard's concierge service, and they might subscribe to different concierge services other than this one, so call the customer service number on the back of your card to find out.

A free app that is truly priceless I am a MasterCard Concierge, and I love the way this application allows my customers to work independently, while having a direct link to call or email us. We are here for you 24/7, and we are proud to serve you. All of my colleagues and managers are amazing people who truly take pride in their work with you, the customer. This app, just like our customers is priceless. I look forward to speaking with you someday soon. Happy booking.

I have a Bank of Hawaii Barclays World Elite Mastercard 👍 As a first timer I had no problems with registration or login. My card was accepted with no problems. I'll update later after I use the services for a while. Most banking applications update more than once a year, so this could be a problem. Also check with your bank. Some have opted out of Concierge services and that's why you can't register. Also, you must input First six numbers of your card NOT the Last six.

Piggybacking on all the other 1-star reviews. Citi Card World Elite doesn't work saying that some banks are not eligible. Unless it's really a problem on Citi Card's side I wish the app developers had a solution or a response to this problem.

Wow, this app is crash happy, has sloppy coding (search feature doesn't work, and a "null" post that just reads "null, null, null, null"), and is essentially overall useless. Go to their website for service or just call until they can get their app design/development game up to scratch.
