Just want to let everyone know (also in the FAQ) that to use your gift card, you need to activate it by clicking "Manage Pin" and setting a Pin. Also, the name on the card is "Gift Cardholder".

How do I add a MasterCard gift card to my account, so I may view the balance etc

Pathetic app!!! It doesn't have any option to add a card. Even school going kids can develop a better app than this horrendous app!!! Terrible Master gift cards!!!

Horrible experience 7 days later and still waiting.... emily has decided that she cannot see I have downloaded the app on my phone?... so she can see into my phone?... I doubt because if she could she would see I already have downloaded. Am lucky to get 1 email reply a day... easier to go into a shop and buy physical copy which I did...
