Sound level reading displays average, peak and real-time values. Sound level readings are displayed in either Analog or Digital. At first the app did not detect the hardware even though everything was plugged in. then it kept turning the volume down. I fixed it by going to app permissions and turning the microphone off, problem solved!

Purchased it brands new off the truck and installed per the instructions. Using a Galaxy Note 9 it picks up noise by the phones' mic not the probe or device. Tried emailing the developer and my message was rejected "554 rejecting banned content", so if you can't email the developer to correct an issue what good is the app and product?

Just bought this brand new, followed instructions and the wand does not work, and it keeps turning volume down. I tried to disable the phones' microphone like some people say they did, but then it does nothing at all.
