Diana at the Middleburg heights location was amazing! She did a great job serving us, and she was extremely pleasant while doing it! It was refreshing to have her helping us! She is an absolute asset to this restaurant!!! Keep up the great work, Diana! We hope to see you again soon! Also, got the cheese skewers! Always amazing but miss the Honey Dijon Mustard!!! Bring that back! The burgers tasted fresh, and they were delicious!!!! The cookies... do I even need to say anything about them!!!!!

I am still a fan of the restaurant and their rewards program... HOWEVER, A RECENT UPDATE SOMEWHERE UP THE CHAIN HAS MADE MY USUAL ORDER METHOD *FAR* MORE OF A HASSLE. The app still does not automatically update rewards for online orders or email the reward code to the assigned email address, but now won't provide a printed full receipt for customers to manually put the code in themselves... I regularly have to speak with management to collect my rewards, without giving them good review metrics.

There's a location here in Lancaster ohio, right next to me, actually. I see it every day, it's clearly up and running but yet according to the app there's only like 2-3 (not sure exactly how many but only a very few) max and Erma's left in this country and of course it's in a different states. It's clearly not correct. I would love to order, but I can't cuz the app is wrong on locations.
