I absolutely adore Max and Erma's I used to go to the one at Partridge Creek off of Hall road all the time before it closed, and I'm so sad it's not there anymore, but it's absolutely delicious I love their chicken tortilla soup and their hamburgers are so delicious and their ice cream bar is always so much fun I always love going to eat there whenever I travel whenever I see the sign on the side of the road I always love to staff and grab a bite there. Definitely top-notch

I am still a fan of the restaurant and their rewards program... HOWEVER, A RECENT UPDATE SOMEWHERE UP THE CHAIN HAS MADE MY USUAL ORDER METHOD *FAR* MORE OF A HASSLE. The app still does not automatically update rewards for online orders or email the reward code to the assigned email address, but now won't provide a printed full receipt for customers to manually put the code in themselves... I regularly have to speak with management to collect my rewards, without giving them good review metrics.

There's a location here in Lancaster ohio, right next to me, actually. I see it every day, it's clearly up and running but yet according to the app there's only like 2-3 (not sure exactly how many but only a very few) max and Erma's left in this country and of course it's in a different states. It's clearly not correct. I would love to order, but I can't cuz the app is wrong on locations.
